As part of the oil change, I was given a safety inspection. Part of this included washer fluid and washer spray. Neither of these were working. The washer fluid was completely empty and therefore nothing would spray out. This was NOT refilled as part of the oil change and was checked as green on the safety inspection. I will NEVER go back to the dealership because they can NOT be trusted. It would have cost $2.00 in fluid but I guess it wasn't worth their time nor my actual safety since they lied on the form. Owner Robert Sawyer reached out to me personally via email with regard to my issue. He made it a pleasant conversation and did everything to resolve the noise I kept hearing with my car. I put a big thank you post on my Facebook page and recommended this dealership to all my Facebook friends. Thank you for being so fabulous. The guy in the service department had no sense of urgency. He absolutely did not care about my time. I had to call on 5 separate occasions to find out what was going on with my car. Each time, I was transferred numerous times to the service department just to have them not pick up the line. I was given incorrect information twice. When I told them I knew the information they had provided was incorrect that looked it up again and magically had a new answer. I will say the man who gave me a ride to work was wonderful.
I think this was the fastest trade in process we have ever had. Happy with our trade-in from a 2014 to a 2017 Traverse. Kudos to Mark Smith who has seen us through quite a few vehicles, he always comes through for us.
