Had the Sweet Tea Chicken Sandwich it was great. Recommend half fries & onion rings

My first time there. Delicious, huge portions. Couldn't eat it all. one of the few places I'd willingly drive an hour to eat at.
Saw's is one of my favorite places to eat in Birmingham . Always fresh and a fun place to eat and drink . My favorite is shrimp and grits with greens . The pork and greens is a very close second . Never disappointed .
Pork and Greens are wonderful! I'm not a fan of grits, but Saw's cheese grits are just right to compliment the greens stacked on top, covered with perfectly smoked pulled pork, and finished with a thick layer of onion strings! It is always a perfect meal at Saw's!
When we arrived , there was limited seating inside so we chose to dine outside. The food was great and the service was very good. Our family time of eating, laughing and conversating was even better.
Party of 8 and still had amazing service from our waitress! The food and drinks were phenomenal! I would highly recommend!
White sauce....thats all that needs to be said!
