RecommendedCame down to Birmingham for a work trip. Was told to hit up Saw’s BBQ. There I met Corinna! She was awesome... helped me choose some stellar food. The smoked BBQ chicken with white sauce was mouth watering. Not only great food but Corinna certainly made the visit even better! And to top it off... being the lost tourist I was... Corinna helped by calling me a taxi and also made sure I got in and was good to go! Saw’s BBQ was amazing! Corinna... you absolutely ROCKED!!! ��
I was in Birmingham for my brother's wedding in December and he brought us here. Excellent ribs, great sides, best chicken leg quarter's I've ever had: crispy skin, buttery meat, and the white sauce was perfectly rich and bright at the same time. Accidentally ordered the bbq CHICKEN sandwich special once (which I usually wouldn't order. I meant to order a chicken plate) and still really enjoyed it. Saw this restaurant on television so my family and I decided to come eat here during our move from NC to Texas. I'm a huge bbq fan and have never tried the Alabama white sauce before. I thought the food was amazing and the staff was friendly.
Great Food Great atmosphere. Ordered the ribs and they where awesome made my mouth water. My wife ordered the loaded baker with chicken and pork. It would have been enough for the both of us. White sauce awesome. Definitely will be going back to give it another try.
The food was amazing. But it is so small & crowded.
The lady at the front seems stressed the two times I've been there.. don't know that I'll come back from Atlanta
