Great place to live The manager Rhonda has made many changes to this beautiful place, everything is very clean and it is a very quiet place, my neighbors are very friendly, these apartments are the best thank you
Beautiful and Safe I love living here, all the children play and get along. The neighbors are all kind to each other and always available to help if any is needed. Rhonda is the bees knees, she's always making sure her tenants being cared for is first priority. She is the heart of the community. Plus the location is great and convenient to stores, church, dining, etc. :)
Great location These apartments are affordable and located close to all points of interest. The beach, the wharf, the gulf state park and the expressway are just minutes away. You will love the friendly environment and homey feel.
Definitely recommend! Great location! Good neighborhood close to beach and schools and shopping. Perfect for me and my daughter. When my a/c went out the staff responding quickly and made sure it was not out long.
Wonderful place to live Because Rhonda is the best. I am vision impaired and handicapped and Rhonda takes care of all my needs. All the neighbors are nice and get along. I love it here. My children don’t have to worry about me here. They feel I am safe , they know Rhonda takes care of me.
Community safe We absolutely love living here. This will be our third year coming up. My son is safe to play outside, neighbors all help take care each other. Our manager, Rhonda is the real deal. She is kind and quick to respond makes sure the grounds are kept nice. She truly cares about the tenets and all their needs. We are close to everything we need and want.
