RecommendedMy son and I love living at Sawbranch! Jessica and Robin are amazing and are part of the reason we chose Sawbranch to begin with. The only thing I'd change is there is a dire need for an upgrade to the playground set! There are so many kids in this neighborhhod and I think it would be a great asset to current and future residents. Other than that we love our comfy, updated apartment :)
Dwayne, one of the maintenance men, has gone out of his way more times than I can count. When, I first moved in Dwayne helped bring my table, chairs, coffee table up 15 stairs. He hooked up my washer, found a hose for my dryer and hooked that up, as well. I have witnessed the maintenance men going out of their way many, many times. On one occasion the men helped a senior resident retrieve his wedding ring that had fallen near his motor. Excellent, professional, courteous, polite! Past residents of sawbranch great office staff and grounds good apartments really enjoyed living there but had to.move back from.where I came from
