Dr. Skandan has been my mother's medical oncologist for 3 years now. She is an amazing doctor with vast knowledge and expertise who exemplifies great care and compassion towards her patients. My mother and I always feel heard and that our concerns are taken seriously. Also, she is always willing and ready to answer any questions we may have. All in all, we're extremely thankful to her, and that she is part of my mother's medical team.

I was quite surprised with all the good press here and hate to throw a wrench on the pile but here it goes. I was looking for a physician that would work with me as a team since I was new to the area. I saw this physician 3 times; 2 of which I asked her to contact my previous physician who specializes in my case and she did not. When I asked at the last meeting, she spoke over me and spoke/looked down at me in front of her student resident.
