Been to a couple of crossfits and Savin Rock definitely does it right. Ryan and the entire coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable - they always offer modifications of movement for all levels. I really look forward to my workouts at Savin.

His attention to my form was reassuring, and the way he formatted the class gave me a chance to feel confident I knew what to do next. I knew I was in good hands. The other folks working out were so friendly and encouraging.
