RecommendedI love dropping into Crossfit Boxes when traveling for work. It can be a hit or miss based on the gym. Savin Rock Crossfit was welcoming, encouraging, and a great facility! I would highly suggest them for all!

RecommendedGreat coaches, groups aren't too large, challenging on multiple levels! Class times vary and staff are well trained! Why didnt I join sooner :) Ryan and staff are well versed in knowledge and can modify excersises for anyone.
