RecommendedI love dropping into Crossfit Boxes when traveling for work. It can be a hit or miss based on the gym. Savin Rock Crossfit was welcoming, encouraging, and a great facility! I would highly suggest them for all!
Great community of people there and excellent trainers
Great coaches, groups aren't too large, challenging on multiple levels! Class times vary and staff are well trained! Why didnt I join sooner :) Ryan and staff are well versed in knowledge and can modify excersises for anyone.

Ryan Kononchik runs a great program. Old School Crossfit with Strength and Conditioning. People are friendly and always learning something new.
Great box! Went to oly lifting class and love the programming and coaching. Visit here if you are ever in the area!
