My father and mother purchased solar from this company back In 2016. Turns out they haven't been working for the past two years. I can't get on the phone with anyone to help and the guys who assisted them no longer work there and are just trying to sell !!!! And the loan with high interest still wants payments!
We are all being scam this company is not doing any of the work call or go to your city and fine out how pulled the permit! Stay away from SaveCal. They do a good job on the sale but have horrible customer service. John Real was our sales Rep and project coordinator. The job started off on the wrong foot and never really got on track. We purchased 2 HVAC units and solar. The HVAC installer was late the first day by 3 Hrs and was never on time. They said they would be at our house the next morning around 10am and would show up at 1 pm and stay until 7pm this went on for a week and a half. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE A COMPLETE FRAUD THEY WILL TELL YOU WANT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO MAKE A SALE. MY MOTHER PURCHASE AN AC UNIT AND WINDOWS FOR A PRICE OF $27,000. THEY PROMISED LIFE WARRANTY. I HAVE CONTACTED PATRICK NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET A TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT AND CHECK THE AC UNIT FOR OVER A MONTH NOW. IT STOPPED WORKING OUT OF NOWHERE. I want to thank SaveCal for helping us with our home. My neighbor got their new roof through SaveCal and I was impressed with their installation. Save Cal installed new air conditioner and heating system yesterday. Very pleased with their work. Brain was available all day to answer any question and to supervise the project. My house is nice and cool today. Thanks.

SCAM beware they will take advantage of you, inflate prices and make you more in debt!! they took advantage of my family member who is legally blind! told hom lies and its ok just sign the papers, also disabled and they could care less, you will be scammed out of mpre than double , take your contract to a lawyer before signing!!
