The estimate and scheduling was super easy. Communication was amazing and easy. The final product was great. I could not have asked for more.
We appreciate the comprehensive assessment completed by Jonathan along with his recommendations for tree care/treatment. Alfred did an outstanding job with the deep root kelp injections -- he was very thorough and respectful of property/backyard as he worked.
Daniel our arborist has been fantastic. We contacted SavATree when one of our old Oaks in the yard started leaning some from the roots after receiving days of rain and high wind. Daniel came up with a plan to help save the tree and the others surrounding it. After trees were successfully thinned out beautifully, they treated the roots. Everyone we have dealt with throughout this process has been very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
So, I was a longtime Texas Tree Team customer before SavATree bought them. They were before the acquisition and continue to be a premium priced company. I was fine with that as the first two arborists were very good, and I trusted them to take care of my trees. As background, I bought five trees from them, was on a annual tree fertilization program, and the tree pruning as recommended.
