I was getting treatment for my arthritis to my knees and shoulders 07/10/2026 at LifeKind when I notice this woman who I took pictures of at another pain mgmt facility but it was due to cancer with Dr. Purohit I informed staff there I had restraining orders aginst, I was thrown out of LifeKind on 07/10/2026 they said she wasn’t the girl.. I’m asking the sheriff dept for help…
