Recommendedsometime back the complex was sold. That's all well and good....but the new owner has his priorities a little off...instead of taking care of a MAJOR issue like replacing the boiler (which we residents NOW pay for water...) he decides to put in a security access gate at the entrance, and power wash the buildings the beginning of WINTER! Who does that?!?! Fix the boiler...this has been an on going issue for HOW LONG!?!?!
I do love this place... except when it rains and I can't get in or out of my appartment due to the flooding at Apt 4305. Don't move into this building unless they build a bridge. You'll be trapped and you won't be able to wear shoes in your appartment due to the mud that never seems to dry out.
