Emerald Place is a great place and has a great environment. I love interacting with Tana she is doing a good job with this property and I cant wait to see what she will do next.
This place is TRASH THEY SONT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS BEEN OUT OF AC FOR TWO WEEKS AND I HAVE A THREE YR OLD SON! EVERY TIME I CALL NO ONE ANSWERS AND TISH IS A LIAR ALSO THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR AC HAS BEEN OUT THEY WAIT TIL SUMMER OVER TO FIX SOMETHING MOVE TO THE HAMPTONS LIKE EVERYONE DOES

Horrible under maintained property. Pay a couple hundred dollars more and live somewhere else.
