Perfect location to get to anywhere in Durham and or Raleigh quickly. The location is surrounded by trees and makes the entire complex feel really cozy and homey. The recent renovations have really enhanced the apartments themselves and the office staff is very friendly! All things considered, it's a great apartment!

If I didn't have to leave a star, I wouldn't. Once management changed, everything changed for the worst. Management fixed up the front office but left most of the apartments raggedy, dull and lifeless. It's too many bugs, horrible, outdated appliances and not enough parking for residents who ACTUALLY live here. They seem to always loose money orders and then try to charge you for not paying your rent. They like to make copies of your money order instead of giving you an actual receipt. Where do I begin....Two yrs at this residence and the work staff and management has gone and still going down the hill. Water system temperature fluctuations where there is no hot water. You're paying for something where the facility states they provide, but when needing the service...the service doesn't work. Management is terrible. I would not recommend this development to anyone. When my lease is over I will be moving.

sometime back the complex was sold. That's all well and good....but the new owner has his priorities a little off...instead of taking care of a MAJOR issue like replacing the boiler (which we residents NOW pay for water...) he decides to put in a security access gate at the entrance, and power wash the buildings the beginning of WINTER! Who does that?!?! Fix the boiler...this has been an on going issue for HOW LONG!?!?!
