The Civic center is dated and needs a major overhaul.... the parking is ridiculous !!! When the civic center host certain concerts or events, police presence is not within site even for traffic control, but do a small private party with your own funds and they require you to have private security....it is a joke!!!
I had a Fantastic time last night Toni Braxton show was Awesome..No problems getting in and to my our seats..
The Katt Williams show was great. The drinks were a complete rip-off. We ordered 3 drinks and the lady charged us $69. When I asked her to explain her math she said "OK $53" I will go see more shows but will never go to concessions.
I just saw the Newsboys on Saturday 10/15/16! They were AWESOME! The opening acts were just as amazing! With the help of HIS Radio 91.9, you all did a great job. We need more Christian groups come into Savannah to bring some positive, uplifting music to Savannah & Effingham County. Music that is about God & all His blessings & miracles. In this crazy world we live in & after a tragic storm that created havoc, we needed such an AWESOME evening & needcmore of it. Please, bring the Newsboys back again soon, next year! We had a great experience at the Newsboys concert yesterday. Please get the elevator fixed for those who are traveling with people in wheelchairs.
