I'm sorry to rate so low. The acoustics are awful when you are in the balcony. The ladies restrooms are inadequate and antiquated and the carpets etc are truly filthy. Time to let the old lady go. I'd be ashamed to take my overseas friends to any event here.
They have good shows; however, they need to broaden their scope of secular/R & B and gospel artists that are touring to come in. But more importantly, the online ordering should be reviewed & improved upon. The "service fees" for at home printing is ABSURD! it should be eliminated all together!!!!!

Sería bueno que los show se pudieran grabar para que la gente vea los magníficos show, bailarines que son y se den a conocer más por ejemplo ayer el el ballet del Cascanueces no lo permitieron sólo al final que uno pudo tirar más que alguna foto
My family and I totally enjoyed the Disney On Ice performance! Ushers were super friendly and we had no issues finding our seats. Only suggestion is for a small child/family performance there should have been some crossing guard help. The parking lot filled up fast and we had to park off site. Walking with small children at night was a little sketchy.
My wife inadvertently bought Disney on ice tix thru a third party. $135 for three tix, we were ushered to our seats only to find out they are way up in the nose bleed section. Wth!! After talking with the usher she immediately sought out someone who could help explain how these seats were so expensive. After the explanation, we were brought down to the first row along side the ice. What a treat. Super helpful, thank you so much. Our granddaughter was thrilled to be so close to the characters.
