Went to see Tedeschi Trucks Band last night, everything was super smooth. Ushers were awesome, nothing but good memories. Thanks to everyone involved!

This is a five star rating for management of the Johnny Mercer Theater, NOT THE CIVIC CENTER. I will never understand how 2200 ppl are allowed in 2 hours before the show with drinks flowing on two floors. Yet 4500 ppl have to crowd the doors until 45 minutes before show time, only passing through 2 doors per side, to find 3 understaffed drink vendors in the entire venue.TTB was awesome, the civic center gaffed widespread panic and Elton John severely.

It was good, but the upper balcony could have elevator access to make it even better. I held up the crowd going up and down all those stairs due to my slowness. We saw The Tedesci Trucks Band was 95% great. A little too much individual jam time by each musician in the band made no sense, and lost the interest of the crowd, but the rest of the show was great

When I pay $60-$90 to see a show, I want to see the show. People standing, dancing and taking selfies during a song is wrong . I want to see the musicians, not drunk inconsiderate people who are there to party. Ya wanna dance go to the side isles. Go up on the balcony. Security would tell folks to clear the isles then walk away and the people just stayed there, nothing was done. The venue's are just outdated. Give people a place to dance and mingle that doesn't block the site of those who are there to see the artist!

While they have an elevator to take patrons to the upper levels, the Johnny Mercer Theater needs to be more handicapped accessible. No way for people in wheelchairs to get to their seats in the Mezzanine level. Thankfully, my mother could walk a bit, but the stairs were very very hard to negotiate.
