I appreciate that the box office called me after I tried to see Joe Bonamassa Saturday... a sold out show and informed me someone turned in a ticket and and asked if I still wanted to go.. thank you for caring it was a great show!!

Nice venue - decent chairs and the sound was good.
Could definitely be modernized, stuffy feeling. The bar lines are ridiculous. I stood there for over 30 minutes and never did get a drink. Hire real bartenders. The elderly lady took forever attaching wristbands, carefully measuring each drop of liquor while 50 people are in line. Like the small venue.
The seats we had was behind the entertainers the sound was BAD..Glad the nice lady moved us. The staff was just as lost as me had me sitting in the wrong place twice UGH!!! Need more staff..this was a first an this will be my LAST time here back to Augusta an Atl for my shows..�
We need More shows during the whole year cause the acts where funny the atmosphere was great everyone had a great time.
