Been in St. Charles for many years..great pizza, salad and lunch specialities!
Love this place. I was shocked to see a kitchen staff with flip flops. Unheard of in my book for safety. I also saw a young child go back and forth in the kitchen. Again made me think of health and safety along with sanitation. Love the restaurant but these are the things that keep me from coming back. Health and safety practices is the backbone of a great business. I think.... what else are they not practicing that could cause me not to think they are practicing health and compliance.
