I arrived to Dixon, just in time for a hailstorm a couple weeks ago. I received a lot of damage to my new car. I stopped in at Sauk Valley Collision to get an estimate before I contacted my insurance company. Everyone was unbelievably friendly and kind. The team worked very fast to get my car in and get things fixed so I could to return to Nebraska when I had planned. I can't say enough great things about this place! My car looks fabulous! Thank you!
Highly recommend!! They went above and beyond to help me understand the process, worked with my schedule, and even offered to give me a ride to the rental car place if needed! They truly made a stressful situation so much easier and I could not be happier with how my car looks!
