Shirt and Suit I took a suit to get pressed and a shirt to get cleaned. I had someone else pick them up for me. Hindsight I regret this for I would not have left with how poorly my the shirt was done. The job they did was completely unsatisfactory. The shirt was in better shape when I brought it to them(it was a new unworn shirt). I brought my suit in on a nice wooden suit hanger when I got it back it was on a wire hanger. World Class Service. I took a used wool coat to Sauk Valley Cleaners to be cleaned and pressed. Although there was no visible mildew, the item smelled like it has been stored in a damp place. Not only did they get rid of the musty smell, the coat looked like it was fresh off the haberdasher. The two gentlemen that I spoke to and the lady who answered the phone were very courteous and professional. I'm definitely taking my business to this establishment.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! If you want to get your clothes back in one piece after taking them to the cleaners, do not do business with Sauk Valley Cleaners in Dixon, IL. I took a suit there to have some stains removed and when I got it back, there was a hole in the pants. I guess ripping holes in clothing is their idea of "stain removal." The owner did reimburse me for the "cleaning" bill, but refused to pay me for the pants that he ruined.
