I have been taking my animals to the ever-busy Saugerties Animals Hospital for many years and have experienced the best care I could hope for...they are among the most caring, compassionate, and attentive people one could hope to find.
Although the professional treatment is quite good, when I complained about having to wait 35 minutes before we saw a veterinarian, the young woman receptionist could not have been more discourteous. She went so far as to tell me that I could speak to Dr. Rothstein about this but he would probably tell me to go somewhere else!! Amazing that she would tell me what Dr. Rothstein would say to me, particularly as we have been bringing our dogs to him for many many years.
Thank you to the staff first on the phone and giving me an emergency appointment then in person for being so caring and pleasant. A huge Thank you to Dr.Rothstein for the way he treated our boy when he was hurting with an ear infection and to the assistant Brittney. I will recommend you to all.
Dr. Jackson is Amazeing with my dog Mimisi Thank You got everything you do for her making her feel safe an not scared when giving her her shots or even a simple exam Wish you an your family an the whole staff a safe Merry Christmas to you an your 4 legged friends
I love this vet office, very friendly and kind staff, knowledgeable and kind vets and very reasonably priced! Definitely has a small office feeling; very fair rates, very flexible with appointments. I recommend Dr. Lang and his associates to everyone! Diamond and Meeko thank you for your care and attentiveness! :)
Dr Rothstein is amazing! My x and I had a small Pomeranian named Ivory which had a history of some very bad seizures. He thought outside of the box and came up with an herbal supplement that we could give her as opposed to some toxic medication which almost completely cured her. The man is a rock star in the veterinary world and as far as myself of Ivory for that matter think he's the best. In all due honesty I didn't care for the other Vets there because some seemed callous but they really do know what they're doing
