RecommendedI was referred to Saugerties animal hospital about a year ago through family/friends. My shih tzu had a spinal injury that resulted with her having absolutely no use of her back end. I was referred to vet to try acupuncture which I knew absolutely nothing about. The vet was very helpful with information about it and not even a year later, my dog has been going weekly for acupuncture as well as laser therapy and she's walking, running, jumping. RecommendedI cannot thank the staff and doctors over at Saugerties Animal hospital enough. They’ve taken care of my German Shepherd since he was 7 weeks old from routine work to ER’s. This past Friday I called at 6pm(an hour before they close) and asked to be seen and they had me come in right away. Their doctors are thorough, kind, and patient. Highly recommend!
RecommendedDr. Jackson is the BEST!! She has taken care of my babies since they were 8 weeks old...I trust in her knowledge and admire the way she cares for my animals...they feel safe whenever they go to see her...highly recommend this Animal Hospital!!- The staff is very friendly and make you feel like family! They are also the most reasonable around which is a plus since Vet visits can be super expensive...so if you are shopping around for a new Vet for your pet...consider Saugerties Animal Hospital...well worth the visit here!
RecommendedDr. Howard Rothstein is taking such good care of my elderly rescued cat TC! The staff are the best around and Dr. Rothstein is even treating TC with Chinese herbs. She’s 20yrs old and has chronic renal failure. I love him and so does my cat. She’s been to many Vets including a fancy one in Park Slope BK. No one is better than here. I drove 3 hours to see Dr. Rothstein yesterday. That’s how good this place is. Highly recommend. Sad that my cat is dying- but couldn’t be in better hands. Thank you Dr. Rothstein.
