I called to get my dog seen because he's a puppy and his hair got in his eyes and caused it to turn red and get a huge bubble right in it. Amanda answered the phone and was rude and dismissive. She suggested I call around to other places after I explained my disabilities and lack of transportation. Then when I asked to speak to a doctor so that I can see what can be done, she hung up on me. I do not recommend you bringing your pet to a hospital that only sees patients by appt.
RecommendedI have two dogs who have always recieved good treatment at Saugerties Animal Hospital, I like that they have emergency coverage. My experience with the staff has always been good. I reommend this Hospital to all my friends with pets.
During this pandemic the doctors and all the girls there are awesome! My dog Nila got really sick. They made time for her and have her feeling good again! We just wanted to say " Thank you!♡ "
Is 845-246-6150 the correct number? I have called 10+ times over the past week regarding my cat and have gotten a busy signal every time.
Thank you to Dr. Lang for helping Lou cross over the Rainbow Bridge. His professionalism and empathy made a difficult situation bearable. This is the best Animal Hospital around.
Best care at fair prices!
They were so good to my father when we had to put his dog down. Trying to reach them now about another issue and can't get through. Does anyone know how to contact them other than phone number?
I love this entire group, all the vets are so kind and considerate, they have heart and know their stuff, the gals at the front desk are so nice and always have a smile for me and take the time to ask how I'm doing, even through they are so busy.
Excellent staff with excellent skills and an abundance of compassion.
