I was worried about a possible emergency dental situation I had, and called 1st thing in the morning. The Satterfields were out for the week, but they had another dentist filling in. She was able to see me right away and helped me out. Thanks so much to all involved!
Had an appointment for a crown. After the assessment, Bryan made the decision not to do a full crown, but another procedure that only replaces the worst part of the tooth with a new material. This new material replaces the "bad" or broken tooth and makes it as good as original, or maybe better than the original tooth.
Had a previous bonded front tooth (#10) that I flossed & part of the bonding came out....Called the office & was advised Heather would get back with me later in the day; due to both Doctors out of the office the following week their schedule was booked....Heather called the same afternoon & had me come in at 3:30pm & Dr. Satterfield (Dad) rebonded the tooth....Dr. Satterfield is what you call a gentlemen's gentlemen.....So pleasant, always smiling & laughing & makes my appointments so much fun...... Dr. Satterfield and his assistants made this seem more like a friendly visit with old friends rather than a Dental appointment. The results were very good as well.
Fantastic. I've been a patient for decades, and each visit is as enjoyable as I could hope (for a trip to the dentist.)
Although going to the dentist is never the "highlight" of one's day, the entire staff at Satterfield Family Dentistry takes the pain out of the visit, no pun intended. Everyone is patient focused from the receptionist through the hygienist and dentist. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dental office.
I had a 4 and 1/2 hour appointment and I have no complaints about the service I received. Dr. Bryan and his assistant were so kind to me, keeping me informed as to what would be done. The business is very clean. The entire staff from front to back were so nice. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
I have a toothache and they took me in as soon as I got there. I appreciate their kindness and great service! Everytime I go there, I leave pretty happy!!!
