I love my new tooth. Young Dr. Satterfield and Rachel worked tirelessly to make it right. It was a very pleasant experience and I got to see the tooth being made. Can't wait for more!
Many people fear the dentist. I do not. In fact I enjoy it. Maybe that's because the folks at Satterfield Dentistry make it enjoyable. The atmosphere is professional and very high tech, but relaxed. The people at Satterfield Dentistry take their work very seriously, do great work, and are very personable. I had some work done today. In two months I go back to get my teeth cleaned. I'm almost looking forward to it.
Great service as always. Arrived early for my appointment (my fault) before the doc even arrived. The techs got me numbed up so that when he arrived it was just a 15 minute procedure (had a replacement filling). Great staff, always friendly. I have been seeing Holland for about 40 years now. It would be hard to develop the trust I have in him with any other dentist.
I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The technological advancements in diagnosing were superb. Great visit, super nice insurance lady.
I called in with possible sensations with expectation of major tooth pain ahead. Yikes! I was given a same day appt. Analyzed and an appt was made to see a specialist for possible root canal needed. Can't ask for any better than that! Was even advised and helped to get approved for Care Credit to help with the expenses expected ahead. Yuk! BUT, at least I'm now prepared! This team is awesome and is always one step ahead of your needs! Go team! Good job!
Dr. Satterfield is just a naturally friendly person. He keeps the patient advised about what he is doing, why he is doing it, & what the patient can expect. The staff is friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and very knowledgeable about the dental business. You don't get any "bull" here - just the facts, ma'am.
