Great food!!!!! Don't expect your food to come out in 10 min. Even the menu tells you that it will take up to 45min for your pizza to come out. People need to learn to read and to be patient. If you want great pizza, this is your place!☺

I went to this place yesterday with my parents, because I saw the place on trip advisor.. I was attending a course in UF college of dentistry. So i went to this place and at the beginning I thought it looked a little bit old fashioned but I wanted to give it a shot so we stayed... To tell the truth, it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The sauce was perfect... The toppings were fresh. ... the crust was baked for just the right amount of time. And no one ingredient overpowered the others. When it came to the customer service, every employee took ownership and worked together like a well-oiled machine. We will definitely be back :-)

Our first time! We wanted to eat outside in treehouse but no outside seating available! Waitress was horrible! Food was great! Waitress never checked on us ! Someone else brought our bill ! No one told us where to pay our bill !

Satchel's is the best. Pure Gainesville quirkiness and the best pizza around. Sad that Lightning's isn't around anymore, but what a place. Worth the drive.
Calzone best in town! Full of cheese - had mine w/artichoke hearts, black olives, sausage & spinach too.
Vinnie Ginger Ale, salad & of course, pizza! Ahhh! Satisfied!!!
In town at Uf for cheerleading competition, wife wanted to come here after seeing it featured on the travel channel.....ordered the deep dish and was better than Chicago pizzas we have had!
