I a huge fan of Texas BBQ, that said I think this is the best BBQ in Michigan!
The kielbasa was charred and dry, worst kielbasa ive ever had. Macaroni tasted oddly sweet, baked beans tasted like smoke. Cant even believe I spent $12 on it.
Satchel's BBQ catered our wedding last weekend, and we have gotten so much great feedback from our guests about the meats, sauces, sides, everything! 😋 Happy they loved Satchel's food as much as we do! Hugh helped us immensely throughout the planning process and James was awesome that night! Thank you so much!

Satchel's catered our party this past weekend - brisket, pulled pork, 3 sauces, baked beans, potato salad, mac & cheese, and slaw...the food was delicious, ordering was easy, everything was ready on time, and the price was just right. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu. Thanks Satchel's!
