This salon used to be amazing. Rami was great but is no longer working for Vidal Sassoon. Kim (the new manager) has no idea what customer service is. Jamie (behind the desk) is absolutely horrible to customers. Don't even try resolving issues with their corporate office (Regis Corporation). They are no help at all. They can't even respond to a complaint of being over charged within a months time. This place has gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and will never ever go back.

Rami freiji has been cutting my hair for past 5 years! I love how clean he cuts and how he never cuts more than recommended or what I ask for. I always get compliments on my hair. Wouldn't trade him as my stylist for anyone else in the world.

I go to sasson salon to get my hair done. My hair dresser Ben works there. I used to often change my barber because I'm really OCD about my hair however since Ben cut my hair the first time I've stuck with him like a glue! He is the most talented barber I've ever had. A good hair cut is not the one that looks sharp right after it's done but it's the one that stays sharp even after a month and Ben's got magic hands to make that possible. I've been going to this salon for over a year and have never been disappointed. I get my hair cut/styled by Ben and colored by Sheri. If you are looking for a great hair cut that keeps its shape and still looks great months after it grows out this is the place to go. Ben takes time to listen to his customers, he provides good recommendations, and is meticulous making sure every hair is in place. I receive compliments all the time about my hair cut and color and I'm happy that I found a place that is consistent.

SASSON SALON IS THE BEST OF THE VERY BEST not only in Atlanta but it is very hard to beat comparing to other salons nationwide. STEPHANIE FRITZ is the absolute best hair dresser that I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in different parts of the country and traveled on business, and I haven’t had a better cut and experience than this. Every service I've ever received at Sassoon Salon, cut or color, has been *awesome*. Rami's been cutting my hair for over a year, and I get tons of compliments from complete strangers on how original the style is; I'm always getting asked where I get my hair done. I walk out feeling amazing thanks to Rami!

I started coming to see Rami at Sassoon about 2 years ago. He is talented, innovative and very professional (possibly even a perfectionist)! I've seen him construct such a variety of styles for all types of hair and individuals. I feel confident in recommending him to all of my friends or colleagues! The salon is also in a very convenient location. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Best haircut I have ever gotten was from Rami. I usually hate getting my hair cut but he made me feel so comfortable! And he is hilarious!! My bangs have never looked better! Highly recommend Rami
