I hired this company from a referral that I recieved from my neighbor. She was very pleased with the work that SAS did in her basement and the warranty she recieved and I have to say I am just as pleased. Everything was so easy to do from the start to the finish it was like boom, boom, boom,- done. I appricate the honesty of the estimator, he did not over sell my problem, and the crew was polite and not bothered by my MANY questions. The office as well got my warranty to me right away. Just wanted to inform of the great group of employees that work at SAS. I recently hired SAS to do basement waterproofing. I can not put into words how satisfied I am with the job they did. they are Reason SAS ha an A+ rating As an Accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. I am just going to make this short and sweet... I made an appointment for an estimate and a very professional estimator showed up, on time, explained the problem with my basement and what they could do to fix it. It was a great price. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently doing everything that the estimator and I had agreed on and more. If you have a problem check out this company.

This company impressed me from the on-time estimator to the Warranty I received at the end. The owner came out and Bid me for a roof (he climbed on the roof to measure) and when I mentioned a leak in my basement he took a look at that too. I had a crack that was leaking and the crack injector came the next day to inject it. I received a lifetime warranty (transferable) with that. I hired SAS to waterproof my basement and after doing so they recommended a new pump. I trusted them and said OK. SAS did not properly install my pump in my basement and flooded it again after the initial cleanup. The owner treated me poorly, yelled at me, and was also threatening. They appear to operate under multiple names and I can only say be careful if you hire them. Once they get your money they do not respond positively if you need help. I would not recommend them to anyone. What a shame...it should have been an easy ... read more
