SAS put in their system back in 2004, I recently had a problem with leaking that was caused by red algae that clogged the system. They have come out and fixed the problem without damaging any of my drywall and have actually improved the system besides stopping the leak. This was all covered under their warranty. The crew that came out was on time, professional, and kept me informed on what they would do. I highly recommended SAS.
They're very friendly and professional. After they get your money, and something goes wrong, you're on your own. This idiot will fight you tooth and nail to avoid doing anything to fix HIS screwups.
We hired SAS to help with an upgrade addition to our Grosse Pointe Woods franchise. Tom & Dennis we're professional, thorough, & showed up when they said they would be there. They went above & beyond for us! I would highly recommend Tom & Dennis for any plumbing needs. We have An upcoming remodel at our second franchise location & we wouldn't use anybody else!!
Outstanding service at a great price! Our hot water heater was acting up and although we know it eventually (sooner than later) needs to be replaced, it's not something that we are read to do just yet. We called SAS Services and they had a plumber to our home within three hours --- and although it's obvious the tank needs to be replaced, the plumber showed us what we needed to do to remedy the issue on our own until we are ready for a new one. That's what I call great service!
I felt compelled to review this company because of their honest way of doing business on each of the three occasions when they have been out to my home, most recently over the holidays. These guys are great, not only do they have knowledgeable service employees, but they have saved me countless dollars when it came to explaining what I could do myself vs. having them do. Great company, fair prices and extremely trust-worthy!
We hired SAS to replace our roof. We were so happy with the work they did and how accommodating they were (we were called out-of-town for a family funeral but couldn't reschedule since we had to have the roof replaced by a certain date or lose insurance coverage), the crew leader would text us pictures of the progress being done and called us to let us to keep us in the loop! Working with me , they say more promblems i had them put a new roof on Sep 3rd 2014 .Told we did not need to be home for delivery cracked driveyway now leak in spare bedroom and after rain on Hallowen a leak in Master Bedroom.Not Happy so far would call another company only hoping tbey will make it right.Deana King
We hired SAS to replace our cement driveway. They we're very nice dependable - the job began when it was supposed to and was completed quickly. Would definitely hire them again.
While mowing my lawn last week, I noticed sewage coming out from my clean out pipe in our backyard. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous that I was about to spend thousands to replace our main sewer line. I contacted SAS Services and a plumber was sent later that day. Thankfully, it was a case of tree roots needing to be removed from the line. The professionalism and knowledge of the plumber was commendable. I can honestly say I'll use them again if the need arises.
