Basement repairs are not a fun process. It's messy and expensive to repair. SAS and their crew do good work. You need to nudge them on follow-up, but they are making a bad situation a good one.

Thank goodness for SAS's basement waterproofing system. We had their system installed during the spring due to years of previous water intake. For the week prior to Memorial Day weekend, when the rain did not seem like it was ever going to stop. Our waterproofing system stood its ground. After watching our basement and seeing no water come in all week, we were so releived to be able to go away for the long weekend without having to worry about coming home to a leaky basement. We are soo grateful. Thank you SAS

I contracted SAS Services for the new roof on one of my rental properties. The entire process felt completely effortless as I was able to get a quick quotes and assistance with shingle selection. Everything was organized through SAS Services. Their efficient crew had my new roof on in one day. No hassle, NO MESS afterwards. I will be using SAS Services for my home and other properties

Your company is very lucky to have Mr. Tom Ladach employed at your company. He is one of the most pleasant, sincere, honest person that I have encountered as a sales representative. After the crew left I called him back because of a minor problem and he came right over and took care of it (and this was on his way home from work. How many employees do that) ! ? ! ! Had one of their guys come out to my place the same day that I made the telephone call to their company. Replaced a valve of some sort on my sub pump. Problem was solved, no permanent water damage.

I had called SAS Waterproofing in the middle of the night with my basement flooding. I receiced a call back at about 7:30 in the morning from SAS and had someome at my home before 10am that day. I was really happy with the response time and friendly service. They were able to fix my sub pump and drain the remainder of the water. Very impressed!!

I just had SAS Waterproofing finish sealing 4 leaks in my basement. As soon as I noticed the leaks from rain over the weekend I call. I had someone come and estimate the repairs and actually had the leaks fixed the followinday, yesterday. I'm very happy with the quality of service and just how fast the got the job. Great people, great company.

I hired these guys to do my driveway and garage Floor. I really can not say enough about the two workers who came out. They were HARD Workers, the whole job took 2 days with only these two guys and a Foreman, and the job itself was beyond excellent. I was more pleased than I can say.
