Very impressed with SAS! I hired them to fix our sinking foundation. It was decided that the best course of action would be to install helical piers to stabilize the foundation. I was sold once they told me they install the piers themselves; no sub-contracting out the work. We hired SAS to install an interior drainage system and because of the invasive nature of the project I was very nervous. I am very pleased to say that I couldn't have been happier with the crew that was here - they did an amazing job at keeping us informed during the installation process, they cleaned up the entire area when they were finished and when everything was complete they showed me what they did, why they put things where they did and what I needed to know in order to maintain the new system. Great company! Had them out to my house to replace the missing and damaged shingles on my roof before winter set in. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the excellent customer service I received and the fair price they charged to do the work. It's great to know they do roofing, plumbing and cement work all in addition to waterproofing! SAS will be our "go-to" contractor in the future!
I just wanted to share what a great experience I had recently with SAS Services. After discovering water in my basement, I contacted SAS. A crack in my basement needed to be sealed and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional. Not only was the job done in a timely fashion, but the technician made sure to thoroughly clean-up his work area prior to leaving. I would highly recommend SAS Services and will use them next year when I need to replace my roof.
We contacted SAS on the recommendation of my brother-in-law who had used them for a complicated plumbing issue last summer and was extremely pleased. Over the weekend our basement toilet became extremely clogged...as a matter of fact the issue was so bad that this was our third attempt at having this fixed. We had a major Paver re installation, porch installation, cement walkway chimney cap and new cement parking area installed by SAS this summer can not say enough about their company and especially their construction foreman Dino! He supervised all aspects of the job. (a big one!) and he was just like you said hands on!!He found areas that needed to be repaired, had great suggestions and his supervision of the finished job was even more stringent than mine! He has come back several times to make sure we were satisfied.
I just recently had my basement waterproofed by SAS Basement Waterproofing. I was very happy with all aspects of the service. The office had organized the proper plumbing and building permits needed for my work, they even schedule all of the inspections for my work. Everything was smooth and hassle free from the estimate to the completion of work. It was very, nice. Crew was also very polite and courteous.
Wow, I want everybody to know that I had an estimate from one of those dry companies. They wanted to waterproof my basement for 19000. My friend recommended SAS, they came out and suggested that I just adjust the sump pump. This other company wanted to tear through my basement, $19000. I was so relieved to hear someones HONEST opinion. Unbelievable what some companies are willing to do to/for their customers, both good AND bad. Thanks SAS!
