About May 2022, I contacted the clinic about a mole removal. I sent them my insurance ahead of time and they said it doesnt cover so I paid in full (500 usd). A couple weeks later, my insurance shows the service as an in network charge. I contact the clinic for a refund of about 230 or so, and they inform me that it's in the mail. office management is awful. First I got a reminder call for an appointment that I never made! Next month I made an oppintment and I call the day before my appointment, I was told you do not have any appointment with us!! And made me a new appointment for the next month! 2 hours later I called again and talk to a new stuff and he told me yes, you have an appiontment for tomorrow!!! Almost the same happend to my wife. If you are Dr Mobasser and reading this, you need to do something to improve it.
Dr. Mobasser is great. She's quick to see me and professional. Mary and the staff are awesome too.
The office staff are horrible. A one-star review is honestly too much credibility for them. They were disrespectful, unprofessional and did not take any responsibility. If you ever schedule an appointment with them, be sure to triple confirm. Honestly, I'd say don't even bother at all.
Her office is in a section of Los Angeles where you either have to get there before or after traffic hours. In a weird neighborhood, but she does have some parking in a nearby church parking lot. My experience felt super fast. I went to her in hopes of building a relationship as a PCP and Dermatologist. She didn't really go over my history and just started prescribing me all these topicals. Then sent me to get lab work done with a place that was outside of my network. Wasted a workday.
Dr. Mobasser is the most caring medical doctor I have ever meet. She went on and beyond. She took the time to hear my problems I did not feel rust thur my appointment she answer all my questions and explained to me in details about my treatment options. Plus she staff help me very much in saving money as well!! because I am an uninsured patient. They see you as human being and not $ sign Dr. Mobasser and staff are amazing all the way around.. I had no problems my visit was remarkable!!!! Thx
It is an amazing experience visit with dr. Mobasser. From the front desk to the doctors time spend with you. They prioritize patient - this is the attitude of everyone around the office. Tech advanced, neat, clean and a modern office combined with amazing staff.
