Friendly and excellent service
All the staff was very professional and friendly. This was my second visit and was just as impressed the second time. I was very nervous in the beginning since I had never experienced this type of procedure. The procedure was painless due to the Doctor's gentle technique. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel!!!
Business response:
During the lunch hour we always shut off the lights to save energy. Normally we turn on the lights before the patients arrive, but in this case Kathy arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment, and no one was present to greet her.
Dr Patel's office is intimate and caring. We are new patients but are already encouraged and happy that we have found a very good dentist.
