THEY PROVIDE OUTSTANDING AND TIMELY WORK. BUT JUST AS IMPORTANT, THEY ACCOMMODATED MY COMFORT NEEDS BY KEEPING THE ROOM COOL AND COMFORTABLE WITH THE FAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR THEIR COMPETENCY AND SENSITIVITY TO THEIR PATIENT'S NEEDS.
As always, the staff at Dr. Patel's office was kind, eager and helpful. They always answer all my questions or concerns. I am having a crown put in and Dr. Patel was very gentle with my numbing shot which I truly appreciate because I'm a bit of a baby with shots. He took his time and did a great job. When we discovered the need for referral to a specialist was required for the root canal, it was extremely quick and efficient, and the specialist was excellent as well. I could never dream of changing dentists. Dr. Patel and his whole staff, including Kelly and Maria, are so professional, competenet, thorough, and friendly. I like how Dr. Patel always explains all of my options to me, makes sure he takes the time to help me understand everything completely, and explains all of the pros and cons to each option. I appreciate his competence and that he cares about my long term dental health, and believes in doing things "right" the first time.

Kelly continually provides an excellent and thorough cleaning service along with her professional and friendly attitude. Almost makes me look forward to going to the dentist. LOL

I came to Dr. Patel requiring substantial dental work and a limited budget. They were very understanding and worked with me to develop a plan prioritizing what needed to be done based on urgency and what I could afford. Maria was so helpful working with me and my insurer to ensure proper billing. I am writing this the day after two hours of work. I was amazed by Dr. Patel presence and skill. The office may not be in Del Mar and covered with fine art and flat panel T.V's (all unneeded), but the service is phenomenal!
