I bought a slew of balsamics and olive oils when vacationing in S.S. This summer. Just wonderful! I made sweet potato sticks in a skillet and tossed with Italian herb o.o and pomagranate balsamic for a dinner party. Made them crispy and curly and I served them on top of roasted garlic yellow potatoes and roasted red peppers. Huge hit!! Now I need a cooking recipe for the chocolate balsamic. I'm not a huge sweets person and am trying to figure out a way of incorporating it into a savory dish. any suggestions?
I think this is the most unique and great shop I have ever been to. We are from Kansas and unique shops are in short supply. Plus Saratoga Springs is a very special town. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

I personally love many of their Balsamic Vinegars. My absolute favorite is the Fig Balsamic and I do love the Basil Oil. I buy these as gifts for clients as well. It is something different and people love it.
