Father and son Tim and Jack Webb were selling masonry through their company, Saratoga Masonry, and decided to expand into selling wood stoves. Efficient, professional and they did what they said they would do at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend
We had a wood burning fireplace but had to go with a gas fireplace because of downdraft off the mountain behind us. We visited Saratoga Fireplace and Stove. The customer service was excellent. I was able to spend a lot of time on mine own looking at the many different designs. I was not aware of the many different "looks" you can get depending on the design of the log insert. From the walk through to drawing up plans Saratoga Fireplace & stove were excellent to deal with. A great selling point is how they will do as little or as much as you want them to do. Their workers were so very helpful in giving us ideas. In our case they did everything but paint because we were going to change the room completely. Let me say this again they did an excellent job

I purchased a new gas insert and could not be happier from the time we first met with Matt and through the whole process they were great very professional and helpful. They worked with us on just what we wanted we would highly recommend them.

We had an awesome experience with Matt on the original purchase of our pellet stove. We have only had to call for service one time (completely our fault being "newbies" to the pellet stove world) and talked to Bob also a great experience he spent time on the phone with my wife while I was at work trying to get the stove going and then spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me when I got home from work and we got the stove working again. I could not recommend them enough awesome place
