History Established in 1980. Saratoga Fireplace & Stove, located on Maple Avenue / Route 9 just north of the city of Saratoga Springs, was started in 1980. Father and son Tim and Jack Webb were selling masonry through their company, Saratoga Masonry, and decided to expand into selling wood stoves. Well let's see gave them 2500 dollar deposit in late Aug 2020 show up for install date in November 2020 with the wrong stove completely ridiculous piss poor customer service and don't check their inventory before they come to install

We had a great experience with Saratoga Fireplace. We did much of the finishing work ourselves but they did the framing and sheet rock to our specs. Install was quick and they kept us informed throughout the process so we could make tweaks along the way.
The purchase of our fire place insert was smooth and easy! Bob and Wanda were very knowledgeable and patient! The installers did and excellent job! I would definitely recommend Saratoga Fireplace if you are planning to up grade your fireplace!
