I love going to Saratoga casino and to stay overnight here is great.Very clean Got me a free room at the last minute. Saratoga is the best out of all the casino.
Very dark, dreary and run down feeling. No table games
Not helpful or accommodating! Purchased a $400 room 8 months ago for my dads 60th birthday present so he can see the races at Saratoga. The races were cancelled and when I called to see if they can offer another day for the room the “manager” was rude and not accommodating. When asking to speak to his boss he wouldn’t give me a name or contact. Not accommodating at all especially knowing that we booked it 8 months in advance as a gift and they live 5 hours away!
