在 Sarah Yin 诊所的体验真的很失望。我只是需要前台帮忙填写一个简单的医疗表格，但我从四点多一直等到快五点，表格都还没有拿到。关键是当时根本没有什么病人，感觉前台一直在故意拖延时间。 更让人无语的是，上次他们填写表格的时候，还把我的出生日期写成了检查日期，导致我不得不重新回来再填写一次。 医生本人都很好，很有耐心，也很专业、态度很好。但是前台服务真的非常差劲，也很不专业。👎 I had a frustrating experience with the front desk at Sarah Yin’s office. I only needed them to fill out a simple medical form, but I waited for over half an hour — from around 4 PM to almost 5 PM — without getting the form back. Today The front desk was extremely rude to customer, so they called last week for my parents for annual check up Saying :will not give appointment if not seeing the doctor. Just walk in for the check up . First come first serve”and that’s ok . Then my parents go in today and that one Karen whom work in the Front desk ask my parents for the For the appointment, And my dad said they don’t have appointment so they called me. If I could give zero star,I would. The manager here is so rude and savage. She is ignorant but she has that audacity. Don’t come here cuz this place doesn’t know how to respect people.
