I have gone to Sarah for several years. She is amazing. She has done several variations of color, highlights, and cuts on me. I have always loved being blonde, and recently decided I would try going darker. After deciding I didn't care to be dark I reached out to Sarah to change it back. Sarah took me back blonde at no additional charge. She has done house calls for me, bridal hair, and my children's hair. She has on a consistent basis shown remarkable customer service. I would give zero stars if I could as I never even had my appointment. I raced from downtown to make sure I made my first appointment with Sarah at 6:00. I made it only to find her in the middle of another appointment. The only greeting I got, after she verified that I was her 6:00 appointment, was to tell me that she was running twenty minutes behind and to have a seat. She never asked me if this was okay with my schedule nor did she even offer me a drink. I sat down; twenty minutes came and went without a word from Sarah. ... read more
