Dr. Lohser is very quick and has an excellent bedside manor. She addressed 4 problems for me in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.
I had an appointment scheduled for January. The doctor's office canceled my appointment and tried to reschedule me for a day that I was unavailable. When I tried to notify them that I couldn't make the rescheduled appointment, I was put on hold multiple times and then forgotten about. When I was finally able to get through to reschedule, they didn't have any availability until June.
