These guys are dodgy and I would look elsewhere to get my hair done. This is not their first time, as I've seen other reviews saying the same thing. Do not ignore the comments and save yourself the headache later. They charged me double the amount listed on the deal that I purchased, I've emailed them about it with the receipt and got no response. Not only that they charged extra but the keratin treatment I did made no difference to my hair. There are plenty of great salons in Melbourne, avoid this one!
