I was released after surgery. My fever spiked to 101 so I called the answering service to get some advice as to what to do. No Reply. I called the next day to get a reply from the doc or nurse. Left a message - No reply. I sent an email to their office explaining my situation - No responce. Dr Olson and Dexter was great - the rest of my experience was not good.
The staff and Drs are great. Really sad to have to switch because they are now apart of HMG and they no longer take my childrens insurance both of my children have been goung to dr makres since they were babies.

I like Dr Hommel a lot my son was very comfortable with her and the med student was doing a great job as well.
The entire staff is friendly and always very helpful. The doctors are awesome!

Dr. Makres and his staff are amazing.. Its so nice to feel "at home" with your childs care! Dr. Makres was my pediatrician when I was a child and 25 years later he is caring for my son (along with a couple of fabulous nurses that are still there too). Thank you Bristol Pediatrics �
