I just moved here from Williamsburg va I bought my medical records into my first visit with my PCP Dr. Emily Campbell visit. I had broken my left femur bone wen I was 12 and have Scolosis and sciatica nerve trouble. Have been on pain meds for six yrs and I am on disability.
