they could LISTEN when a parent brings a kid in and do what they are supposed to do.
My husband & I visited as a duo last evening. Both had upper respiratory issues, about 5 days, gave in. Only waited about 10 minutes, very friendly nurse took us back. When in room, extremely nice nurse practitioner greeted us. She introduced herself, began exam. Very thorough, both verbal and physical. They wanted $81 simply to administer a b12 shot. I can't even fathom how they decided that $81 is the proper amount to charge for 5 minutes and a small syringe. Utterly ridiculous.
Just had to visit Sapling Grove Urgent Care, as I usually have to every 2-3 months for a repeated condition... Was treated by a doctor that seemed very caring & knowledgeable!!! Thank you soooo much Dr. Robert Greer!!!!
First off, they made me pay at least $125 toward my balance before they would see me. When I go to my normal doctor, I NEVER have to pay more than my $25 copay regardless of the balance. Second, there were at least 10 people who showed up AFTER me that got back before they called me back. I thought Urgent care was first come, first serve!!! Third, I think I got the wrong diagnosis. They said I had a "virus". I think I have something WORSE than a "virus". Staff at least was friendly or I'd give negative stars if I could.
