We recently discovered Santo Coyote, not far from home, in NLR. I took my son today, as he missed the first time. He now has a new favorite Mexican restaurant, as do I. The meat (chicken & steak) is so much better than most. Grilled to perfection, with just a bit of char, exactly like we like it. I had chicken fajitas, to die for with the grilled tomatoes, onions, peppers. Great food and value. Daily drink specials. Alejandre is a good bartender, she even made fresh guacamole in front of me. Ample seating. Staff is friendly.
