RecommendedThis is our hospital of choice. Caring people and it doesn’t take forever to get seen like it does in Salem. Also, a friend always had trouble at Salem as even though she had sued them and won before, they were always messing up with her. Now lives in Lebanon so hopefully getting better service.
ZERO STARS! DEATH TRAP! My dad was here with pneumonia for 5 days. He also fell prior to coming here. He complained of leg pain. This hospital did absolutely nothing! They never checked his leg once! Then they let him go! He was then taken to Salem ER where they immediately found that he had a broken hip, made worse because Stayton hospital made my dad walk on his broken hip because they NEGLECTED HIM! RecommendedOver the last two weeks I’ve been seen in the ED, been admitted and seen as observation multiple times. I cannot say enough about the level of compassion and care I have received! Everything has been thorough and timely. I was seen for something rare and everyone approached me with professionalism and a yearn to do things correctly. I have been so impressed! RecommendedMy husband had a umbilical hernia repaired. The staff was excellent. Gave us all the information we needed. Asked full history. Took a full medical review. They made me feel like a queen. Very professional staff . 🙏
front desk lady who answers phones should be fired. RUDEST most INCOMPETENT woman I've ever talked to. she should not be allowed to work in the medical field. this was not an isolated incident either. im making this post after finally being fed up with her.
RecommendedI had a call from OHSU that I needed to go to the ER and get potassium IV and we saw the H sign followed it. The staff at Santiam checked in with OHSU teen they got my potassium up and I’m on my way home! Thank you staff at Santiam!
RecommendedI love this place. They have ALWAYS been professional and quick as well as the absolute fact that they have saved my life a few times. Thank you for squeezing me in and making sure that I could get antibiotics before I boarded a plane today. I appreciate you more than you know. ♥️🙏.
