I want to thank Dr Laura Maskell and all the staff that took care of me on my life changing experience..She showed great compassion, care and high level of professionalism...I can tell they all care about my well being...Kudos to u guys!!!
I went in to the er a week ago for shortness of breath. The doctor told me I had double pneumonia and I was very serious and nearing critical condition. Dr. Jacques was amazing and all of my nurses were great but two nurses there Jill and Rebecca just made sure everything was good and kept me posted and my favorite CNA Elia was wonderful to me. Thank you santiam for saving my life and returning me home to my family!
This is an awesome doctors office! All of the staff is wonderful. I have never had any trouble with them. When I call with a question someone always gets back to me. Most of the time on the same day! I like that I can have almost everything taken care of here. I would recommend them to anyone!
They sent me an advertisement for Mommy & Baby Palooza, and when I called and asked about a Daddy & Baby Palooza they said there wasn't one. When I started asking why they were excluding men the person on the phone said she didn't have time to talk to me. I would recommend against going here, they seem to have something against men and fathers. I'm shocked that in such a progressive state and in 2017 this company excludes such a large group of people.
Was on a camping trip in Detroit and my fience recieved big deep splinters in his hand. We drove to santiam hospital to recieve treatment and DR.STEPEHN MOON, treated him. Well not really he dug took out a little piece put bandaid on and sent him on his way. No antibiotics or follow papers nothing. He woke up next day with hand so swollen, we drove back ( because it was the closest hospital), he recieve an iv with antibiotics ( different dr.) cleaned up and sent out with prescriptions of more antibiotics and follow up paper ... read more
I left the ER with a splint on my broken finger, paperwork saying it's broke. My friend and I both saw the obvious crack on the X-ray. Then called my dr to schedule a repeat X-ray for a few weeks away... They were confused, because the radiologist that "read" my X-ray said no break! Just soft tissue damage! Had to call er to find out what happened. Apparently their radiologist "missed it" but the one on shift the day I called saw it... what if it was something life threatening..? Won't be back...
My son received excellent care, we've been admitted 3 times in the past month. The doctors and nurses were great at communicating with me, running tests, and taking care of my son.
Wound care was awesome, still going there and very helpful and to handle someone as a difficult case like me, is unbelievable, in some department it varies, but when comes to the detail things send them to a bigger and better hospital where they what they are doing rather trying to figure it out, just make a call tell that hospital that we are on the way, they did for me after my dad got after them, but they are still learning.
HE IS THE BEST DOCTOR EVER. HE IS SUPER SMART YET HUMBLE SO THAT MAKES HIM EVEN BETTER.
